Full-purpose commercial use
The buyer receives lawful commercial usage rights worldwide, perpetually, across industries and product types, with no production-volume limit.
Exclusive buyout
After purchase, the artwork is permanently removed from sale and may not be resold or licensed for third-party commercial use; legally non-transferable moral rights are not included.
File delivery
After payment, the buyer can access source files through the order workflow and complete the transaction after confirming delivery.

The buyout price is the fixed full-purpose exclusive transaction price set for the design asset, so buyers can check out without negotiation.
After payment succeeds, Owniverse records transaction information; after file confirmation, settlement follows platform rules.
The buyer may adapt and use the artwork for any lawful commercial purpose, but may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute raw source files as standalone assets.
Both parties must ensure that artwork provenance, rights statements, and submitted information are truthful and lawful. Full terms are governed by the order agreement snapshot.
